Litigation Strategies, Inc. is a professional trial consulting corporation utilizing social science research to improve jury selection and case presentation in jury trials. Doctoral level consultants apply knowledge and methods from psychology, sociology and communications that are combined with quantitative and qualitative research methodology to offer a range of services to assist attorneys both in and out of the courtroom.

Dennis Elias, Ph.D., Senior Consultant and President of Litigation Strategies, Inc., earned a BA in Social Psychology and Communication from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, with emphasis in Neuropsychology, from The University of Arizona. He is a Member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, the American Psychological Society, the American Psychology/Law Society, and an Associate of the American Bar Association. Dr. Elias is on the Board of Directors of ASTC and will join the Executive Council of ASTC starting in July of 2009. Dr. Elias is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and holds a Diplomate from the American Board of Psychological Specialties (Forensics). Additionally, he is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapy. He brings over 30 years of trial consulting, jury research, clinical and forensic practice to bear in service of the trial attorney and legal team.
